Crowd Siren started as a consultancy, but now it’s a digital marketing agency. What is the difference?

The difference? At one point, when I started, I thought I really understood what I could do for businesses.

What I learned is that most of the time, my clients know what they need, it’s up to me to figure out how to understand how I can do THAT for them. That doesn’t involve me ‘telling them how to do social media.’ That isn’t the predominant need. About that, I was wrong.

The predominant need is more about cost/benefit analysis. This thing called ‘social media’ cannot be worth time from a business owner. But, if investment is made over “time” it will yield results. Who out there wants to spend the time on that investment?

Us! Us! Over here! I started to build a team of people who could fulfill those needs for businesses. That’s what they need.

That’s what the market told me, I just listened.
